Our approach was to build a complete prospecting ecosystem with Monday as the central CRM, Lemlist for multi-channel campaign automation, and n8n as the overall orchestrator.
We integrated Perplexity for generating personalized messages on LinkedIn and by email, allowing each outreach to be tailored to the prospect's context. A comprehensive tracking system monitors every interaction and optimizes campaigns.

A dedicated Monday board contains all the classic contact information for a CRM, plus a separate board to record and manage prospecting campaigns.
Automated multi-channel campaigns
Lemlist creates automated email and LinkedIn campaigns. Messages are personalized using Perplexity, which generates content tailored to each prospect. All information is automatically synced to Monday.
Complete interaction tracking
For each contact, the system automatically tracks: email sent, opened, replied or bounced, LinkedIn invitation accepted, LinkedIn message sent and replied. Everything is synced in real time to Monday for optimal pipeline management.
