Fragmented system: a complex Excel spreadsheet, an isolated Tally form, and a separate website booking tool. Each new client required over an hour of administrative work: manually entering information, creating questionnaires, and syncing between disparate tools.

Automatic document sending
Once a discovery session is complete, with a single click, the documents and links matching the client's chosen package are sent by email via Gmail.
Tally synchronization
As soon as a client responds to the Tally questionnaire, the answers are automatically integrated into Notion and the questionnaire is linked to the corresponding client.
