Légiconsult carries out all mandatory diagnostics for property sales and rentals: energy performance certificates, asbestos, lead, electrical, gas. The Amiens-based company serves both individuals and real estate professionals with a clear value proposition: certified expertise, quotes within 24 hours, and rapid on-site intervention.
Despite the efficiency of the Liciel business software, administrative management remained chaotic. The pipeline was confusing, tracking clients and business introducers was cumbersome, and visibility into unpaid invoices was non-existent. Vincent was losing 1 hour every day to searching, double data entry, and manual follow-ups. More worryingly, 50,000 euros in unpaid invoices were accumulating without any structured tracking.

We began by analyzing how Liciel worked in order to understand the existing data flows. This analysis allowed us to design an optimal ERP architecture in Notion with interconnected modules: clients, business introducers, sales reps, case files, and follow-ups.
The approach prioritized complete centralization in a single workspace while maintaining synchronization with Liciel. Each automation was designed to create a near-autonomous system that minimizes manual interventions, from case creation all the way through to debt recovery.
