CONTEXT

An existing Notion, hard to use.

EPIC Retail LLC is a specialist in Amazon FBA e-commerce. The company manages a product catalog, supplier relationships, and shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.

The client already had a Notion workspace, but it lacked structure. Information about products, orders, and suppliers was scattered without coherent logic. Every search for information took time, and it was difficult to get a clear view of the business.

The initial request focused on automating certain tasks. But by analyzing the existing processes, a more fundamental need emerged: before automating, the entire data system needed to be restructured.

APPROACH

Understand before building.

We started with a detailed analysis of the client's working habits. Each type of information was mapped: products, suppliers, orders, shipments, sales. This collaborative method revealed needs the client had not initially articulated.

Instead of patching the existing system, we opted for a complete structural redesign. The goal: create a modular architecture where each element is in its place and interconnected with the others.
